Chi Kung

Chi Kung (Qi Gong) is a traditional Chinese practice, which combines respiration, movement, control of the vital energy and concentration.

Chi is the vital energy that sustains Life and Kung is the practice, so it is an exercise of the vital energy in order to master it.

Practicing with attention, intention and awareness allows you to feel the Chi: “Chi follows the thought”. Chi Kung (Qi Gong) includes soft and slow movements and motionless postures, in harmony with breathing and with conscious attention to the mobilized parts of the body.
